Pyrokinetics Explained creates fire immunity

I almost don't want to report this one, since it would actually be useful. I think it's actually kind of neat because it would make building in winter easier if the effect lasted for a few days intentionally.

After putting out a pile of flammable things with the pyro book if they've been burning for a second or two, they won't catch fire anymore from non-player sources, like a dwarf star or an item burning right next to them. I picked them up, put them down, and lit another star and they still didn't burn. They will ignite if you use a torch or put them in a fire pit. 

This works on dropped items as well as built structures. The effect disappears if you restart the server.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Put out an item on fire with Pyrokinetics Explained

2) Item will not catch fire until server relog
