If you somehow get Polly Rodgers brutally murdered, her hat changes to a defeated sprite.
Upon reloading the server this hat returns to its "alive" appearance and doesn't go to its proper "defeated" appearance until interacted with.
Steps to Reproduce
Craft a Polly Rodger's hat.
Have Polly die. Notice the hat has 2 X's on it.
Reload the server, notice the hat is "alive" again until its put on.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
