The spin attack from the Phase 2 Celestial Champion is not affected by the Overcoming Arachnophobia effect. Being able to use the book would make a really neat strategy for this attack.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn alterguardian_phase2

2. Use Overcoming Arachnophobia

3. Notice spin attack from Champion is not slowed down by arachnophobia effect.
