Otter boat falls apart in the calm shallow waters of the waterlogged biome.

Otter boats are meant to start falling apart when brought out into deeper waters, but the waterlogged biome is full of calm water that's so shallow that grass gators can walk around in it rather than needing to swim. It should probably be fine to take otter boats there, shouldn't it? This one was even directly connected to the shallows.

Row an otter boat into a waterlogged biome.

I agree. They are better use the "depth" properties of ocean tiles, like anchors and grass gator, rather than simply depend on ocean tile types.
