Unsure if this is a bug, if it is currently intended, then please take this as feedback.
Currently you are unable to hover over the left part of the button to open/close the crafting menu and the pinned recipes. For me this makes it a bit hard at times to open the crafting menu since intuitively I just draw my mouse to the left side of the screen and I was able to open tabs in the old UI. In the new UI however, my mouse can't click on buttons at the left edge of the screen like I used to be able to, making it feel a bit clunky for me.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Try to hover over the pinned recipes/button to open the UI on their left

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
