No Map Option to Teleport when WX is holding a Bootleg Getaway

Typically when a character has the map open while holding a bootleg getaway the default right-click option is to teleport with the bootleg. This is not the case with WX.

The only way to use a bootleg with WX is to equip the boot and right click on the water which pulls up the map to select a point.
