Mutation doesn't reduce Brightshade amount if it happen when Rift in phase 1 or 2

As the video shows, I killed six deerclops while Rift was in phase 2, but it still produced five waves of Brightshade.

Steps to Reproduce

1. kill warg/deerclops/bearger when Rift in phase 2

2. wait for phase 3

3. note the number of Brightshade
