Mutated Merm lose link to its house and become homeless

Mutated Merm will not return to its home after losing loyalty.

And its house will work like this merm died when it mutated, thus spawn a new merm.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Build or find any kind of merm house
  2. Mutate the merm
  3. Notice that the house spawn a new merm
Go to bugs

The second part (about the house) is supposed to be fixed after the last hotfix.
Have you reproduced the issue after the hotfix?
