There's probably more out there that are missing, but two I've noticed are the Deadly Brightshade and Mushgnome. I've killed both but haven't gotten an entry for either.
Steps to Reproduce
Kill the Deadly Brightshade and/or the Mushgnome
Search the scrapbook for either
