megaflare sometimes doesnt teleport tusk

not exactly sure with this one. Spawned a bunch of flares to get tusk spawn, set them off, tusk didn't appear but the hounds did

It's 100% this, I'm experiencing the same issue.

The dogs even end up running back to where the MacTusk camp is, unless they get distracted or unloaded.
