Maxwell never does his 3rd idle animation on the Item Screen

Maxwell has never performed his third idle animation where he adjusts his suit when I moused over back and forth on the item collection screen, or maybe I've just been extremely unlucky.

Steps to Reproduce

Mouse back and forth on Maxwell to try and make him do the new idle animation, see that it never happens.

This was designed to not be in the item screen animations as a form of hidden bonus for playing with the book in the game. This may change in the future.
