As shown in the video. By placing structures on top of the ice sheet, you can place any structure on ice boat, including Mast, Steering Wheel, Anchor and Rudder
The first three were useless on the ice boat, Rudder are still work, but it doesn't change its appearance when it work.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Put Mast, Steering Wheel, Anchor and Rudder on Ice Boat.
2. Try to use them.
