Mannequin missing grassy "shoulder pad" when hand item is equipped.

The Mannequin has these grassy shoulder pads, however it loses one when equipping a hand item.

If this is currently intentional(i doubt), then I would like the shoulder pad thing to remain when the mannequin equips a hand item.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Put hand item on mannequin

2. Observe
