Lunar Planar Strike cannot mine thulecite statues and dreadstone outcrop.

Currently the thulecite statues in ruins and the dreadstone outcrop cannot be mined by lunar planar strike.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy GEMerator with pure brillaince, and catapults.

2. Use "Planar Strike" on thulecite statues in ruins / dreadstone outcrop.

3. It cannot mine the things.
