Lunar Fire-Raiser cannot damage Lunar Mobs

When attempting to use the Lunar Flame spell on a lunar-aligned mob no damage will be dealt. This is because in warg_mutated_fx, which is referenced in Willow's attack, forbids damage towards lunar mobs.

I figured this is an oversight because Willow's Shadow Fire-Raiser attack properly damages shadow-aligned mobs.
