lazy forager unable to pick up dropped lightbulbs

I think this intentional, for after the lazy forager became refuellable, along with shadow minions and polly roger, became unable to pick up certain items in order to avoid unintentional annoyance. I don't know where to find the affected items but I think ones like lanterns, bundles, and mini signs are also affected.

This is just a guess, but I assume some players drop lightbulbs to give them a source of light in the caves in a pinch. I don't know why you would be wearing the lazy forager when in this situation, but I guess they wanted players to avoid this situation.
