Items that can be Pinchin' Winched will become inaccessible forever if they are on a boat that enters the whirlpool

Sidenote, this also has issues with things like the sunken treasure spawning, since the chest becomes permanently inaccessible and still contributes to the 10 treasure cap.

That's exactly what I was worried about when I saw this. Hopefully a fix can be figured out, since right now I think chests have literally no restrictions as to where they can spawn? I've seen one spawn beneath a great tree trunk before, which is just as inaccessible.

would be funny if the wirlpool spit the treasure out, although it really doesnt make sense realistically
