Upon looking up the entry for the Inspectacles in the Scrapbook, it says that it lasts for 10 days. But in-game it seems to be infinite? Possible oversight or design change at the last minute?

Look up scrapbook entry for new Winona headgear, see that the item is supposed to have durability?
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
