Insight Tree loadout is saved globally instead of locally

I am not sure if this is intended, but considering that outfit loadouts arent saved via Klei Servers, I feel like this is unintended feature.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Distribute all 15 points on first PC.
2. Start the game on second PC and make a new world.
Result: Skillpoints are already distributed.

Yeah no, dont fix this because it allows me to use my skills on nintendo switch if ive already unlocked them on my pc account.
