Miasma will not disappear with the Rift, but if a certain amount of miasma already exists in the world, a new Rift will not spawn new miasma.
Steps to Reproduce
1.have a Rift in the world
2.Wait for it to spawn enough miasma, don't burn them
3.Rift disappear but miasma still exist
4.Wait for next Rift spawn
5.Keep waiting long enough after the new Rift is spawned
6.No more new miasma spawn except the original miasma spawn with Rift at the beginning
