Horror Hounds don't properly howl after bursting free

When a Hound reanimates, it plays a howling animation. This animation used to actually play sounds, but it doesn't currently.

A picture is meaningless here but take these anyways.

Steps to Reproduce

Despite howling in the revive animation, no sound actually plays.
