Holding Attack is slower then should be [Controller]

Known Issue

This bug still exists for controller, but was fixed for keyboard in latest hotfix.

In live this bug is magically fixed with lag compensation on, in beta though, it does not.

Steps to Reproduce

Use a controller then:
Grab any weapon
Hold attack
