Grave Beautification does not unlock Spirit Vessel craft

The description of Wendy's Grave Beautification skill indicates that it should unlock the Spirit Vessel which allows for transferring of gravestones, however Wendy must activate the Gravestones by Wendy skill to unlock the craft.

Steps to Reproduce

Start a new world with Gravestone Beautification skill unlocked. The Spirit Vessel craft still appears as locked with an error of "You do not have the skill to craft this."

Go to bugs

Does that mean Wendy is not meant to be able to move or craft gravestones without the second gravestone skill? Because initially you could relocate with the first skill and craft new ones with second.

EDIT: Ah found the comment. So that means the skill was truly nerfed and now requires two points for simple relocation. I'll keep the bug here as a placeholder since it wasn't in the tracker previously.

I'm guessing so. Which I guess makes more sense. Always seemed weird to me that the second grave skill got merged with the first instead of the third. When it seemed to be much closer to the third
