If you store Festive Lights in a glowcap and those lights expire (0% power), the glowcap still remains fully illuminated permanently

winter_ornament_light1, 2, 3, etc.

Steps to Reproduce

put a 100% festive light in a glowcap

wait until it loses power down to 0%

notice glowcap is still fully illuminated forever
