glassed full moon Icon highlights layer are out of place

As you can see in this image, the glassed full moon icon has some strange white pixels on top of it. If you look at the ICONS of the full moon and other glass moons, you will see that they should be highlights on the glass. But somehow it's in this position.

I thought it was some sort of lightning arc for up to three years, until I saw in many animated shorts Alter without them then realized there was something wrong here.
