Duplicating waypoints to the same point of interest

I dont know why it happens, but the waypoints to points of interest keeps getting multiplicated when I go away from them and get back to them again, in the video I'll show it happening to Marble Statues, Pig King and Gloomer statue, Sometimes they generate one over the other, stacking multiples waypoints one over the other to the same point of interest.
