Dreadstone Armor doesn't regen if the player is enlightened. But It Still Drain Extra Sanity

Equip Dreadstone Armor to the Lunar Island. It won't regen , but it still takes 20 sanity per minute.

 

Also, now dreadstone helmet will consume the sanity, but Wickbottom's speech of checking the helmet still says it will not have a bad effect on the mind.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Equipped it to the Lunar Island

2.Its still -20san/min

Go to bugs
