Self explanatory, albiet a bit wacky.
The pouch/sack uses the beeswax code for it's logic to dry out. The problem is this code applies only to sources that can "spread" fire. This means things like the firepit/scaled furnace have no effect on its rate of drying, and things like burning items/using a basic campfire are the only ways to dry the sack. This particularly results in a confusing experience from a gameplay standpoint.
Steps to Reproduce
-Spawn a desiccant pouch/sack
-Get wet, and result in it being damp
-Attempt to try to dry it out using a firepit/furnace. Notice how the pouch will never dry, no matter how hot/bright the heat source is.
