It's not a technical bug, but well...
When they work together, because they are both extra attack, they loop trigger each other, keep attacking and instantly kill the mob.
BTW I hope them to be "increased attack damage" instead of "a extra attack" so players can measure their damage with Punching bags.
Steps to Reproduce
Let Abigail with Cursed Vexation buff attack a mob with Flash of Brilliance (Walter Pure Brilliance Rounds debuff)
