Crabby hermit doesn't take head insulation items (i.e. winter hat, tam o'shanter, catcap, etc...) while snow is falling.

She does take body items like puffy vest

Steps to Reproduce

Try to give the crabby hermit an item of clothing that provide insulation while it's snowing
