Character's underwear peers through their skirts on chairs

As the title states, skirts sit a little too low when sitting on chairs, making bloomers/underwear show through in most animations.

Steps to Reproduce

Sit on a chair with a skirt. Notice the skirt sits pretty low.

Go to bugs

Something similar happens when you use certain tops, such as most of Wortox's, which causes the skirt to disappear completely
