Catapult's default attack range is much more smaller now.

Currently the AoE radius of catapults with Explosive Volley III skill is same as the default attack radius of catapult before the beta branch.

For example,

Catapult AoE radius before beta = Normal

Catapult AoE radius in beta = small

Catapult AoE radius in beta with Explosive Volley III = Normal

Catapult Planar Strike AoE radius in beta = Normal

Catapult Planar Strike AoE radius in beta with Explosive Volley III = Large

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build catapult without any skills.

2. The catapult attack radius is much smaller in beta.
