Can't Trade With Unstable Portal If Dock Is Broken & Then Unable To Place Dock Underneath Portal

Steps to Reproduce

If you break the center dock where the Unstable Portal is, not only can you not interact with it, you can't even place a dock back underneath it.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Docks will be able to be replaced under the portal and other structures nearby may be placed.
