The right click action on a trawler while holding an oar is to row. This is really annoying when trying to manage trawlers from a boat because you have to equip/unequip the oar constantly.
Steps to Reproduce
Be on boat next to ocean trawler with oar in hand. Notice that the right click action is "Row" rather than "Raise" or "Lower". I tested with a malbatross bill but presumably this happens with all oars.
