Can't place items when holding the lightning spear off cd

When holding lightning spear in your hand after the cooldown finishes you cannot place any item (instead it brings up the special).

on cd can place:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hold lightning spear

2. Hold item you want to place in mouse (before of after spear cd ends)

3. Wait until spear cd ends

4. Cannot place item

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Changed Status to Fixed

Note that this did not make it into the hotfix today (Thursday the 14th).
