You are able to hammer bumpers with the action key.
However, hovering over the bumper doesn't give a hammer prompt for the right click action, which is inconsistent with most other hammerable entities.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Hold space with a hammer near bumpers
2. You can hammer! Yay!
3. Try to hammer bumpers with mouse
4. You can't hammer, Nay!
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
