Bull Kelp Getting Stuck In Docks & Boats, Then Getting Deleted If Either Is Destroyed

If the player pushes planted Bull Kelp against a tile while on a boat, the planted Bull Kelp glitches itself either into the boat or into the tile.

If the Bull Kelp is glitched onto a boat or a dock and either one gets destroyed, the Bull Kelp gets deleted.

If the Bull Kelp glitches onto the land tile, it becomes impossible to try and get it out.
