Brightshades unable to sleep

Brightshades currently have sounds and finished animations for being put to sleep, but they're currently unable to be put to sleep in-game.

Steps to Reproduce

Attempt to put Brightshades to sleep via panflute/darts, or reviving using an amulet nearby.
