Boats and rafts can't get near Crab King during ice arena phase

I don't know if this is intented, but the player is unable to row boats and rafts closer to Crab King after he summons the ice arena despite there being enough space to row visually, thus blocking melee attacks from the boat/raft.

If this is intended, I want to suggest reconsidering this decision because it feels too distruptive having to get off the boat/raft when there is no apperent need to, and also because it just makes sense to be able to fight the ocean boss from the ocean.
