Bernie's broken kneecaps

Someone busted his kneecaps.

Default Big Bernie's knees are odd in that they clip and cut off a lot. The new other forms don't have this issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Compare the art of all of Bernie's forms and notice his kneecaps are super off in his default form.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

It seems this either didn't go through or was reverted, by chance. They're still currently broken!
The last hotfix says this change made it in, but it doesn't seem to be the case.
