Absorbing animations are very nice overall, however there are some issues with them.
The _pre anims seem very snappy. The _pst anims are all very smooth, though.
In a good portion of them, the first and final frames don't match up, meaning some symbols switch their layering in the last frame.
Also, in some, as depicted below, the hands used are entirely incorrect, snapping back in the final frame.

In most of them, there's a weird issue where the character reaches out their wrong hand first, before violently snapping to the correct frame later.





Play the various _pre and _pst animations for absorbing.
Notice the snapping positions and poses mid-animation, the incorrect hands being used on the final frames of the _pst anims, and other listed issues.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
