Can't rotate world map anymore after first days in volcano

I can't rotate world map anymore since i went to volcano.

I entered end left several times volcano, i still can rotate volcano map but not world map.

 

EDIT: exiting to the main menu and reload doesn't fix the bug

Exiting the all game fix the bug until i go back to volcano, then each time the volcano is left, the world map rotation is broken again.

Steps to Reproduce
1/ Go to volcano for first time 2/ Stay few days in volcano 3/ Leave volcano
Go to bugs
