Aqua tuner system that makes <26C water for Bristles and <5C water for sleets

Recommended Posts

Hello Everyone,

I just made this little contraption (tried my best to make it as space saving as possible but this is probably as good as it gets.

The water source is mimicking a water geyser, where the temp is at 95C.

The water first goes through a shutoff, which will turn on when the element sensor detects that there is nothing in the pipe (filter is water but with a not gate).

It then goes through a valve that is set at 6,400g/s.

Since you can tune 95C water to 25C and 11C, you won't be able to get <5C water without breaking the tuner.

The water first goes through a loop, where it goes through two shut offs. The first shut off opens when the water is <5C, the second opens when it is <26C. The shutoffs have valves right after set at 1000g/s which blocks the shutoff so not all the water goes through one.

Then the water goes into the tuner, and a pipe temperature sensor is set at 16C or higher so it doesn't break the pipes. If it is <16C, it bypasses the tuner and goes through a valve at 3,400g/s this makes the water between 5C and 26C combine with the hotter water, which makes the temp tunable to <5C without freezing.

The memory toggle is basically when the coolant gets too hot and it sends the polluted water to get heat deleted.

Source temperature sensor can be anywhere <120C and the reset toggle can be anything under that. I personally use 80C and 60C because you can send 80C polluted water to the Pincha farm (if you have one).

Ran for about 5 cycles, and took pictures after 1 cycle. Makes about 300kg <26C water and 360kg <5C water. So this can feed 15 bristles or 18 sleets :D.
