Looking for two mods in DS

Hi guys,

iam pretty honest, i only play DS over DST cause of performance reasons of my old laptop, otherwise DST would be the way to go. Anyway iam looking for two specific mods that would make my DS experience much much better. 

1. Is there a mod out there that keeps the game going when you open the map like in mulitplayer? I hate it when i check map at start of night and when i close it its still start of night =)) You probably know what i mean

2. Is there a mod out there that makes exploring the map the same as in DST? I mean in DS you need to walk to every pixel of the game to have it explored on your map. On DST you just have a wider range of sight iguess ,dont know.

1.what you are looking for is Minimap HUD

2.no idea about the second one

if you are palaying sw then the different ships will have different *radius of discovery*(i coined the term...don't know what the official term is)
