Astro43302
This game used to be fun, I'd spend hours playing it and I know the finished product will be much better. At this time though, there's much funner games I could be playing, this quality of life mechanic just plain ruined my experience with it. I think everything else in the latest patch was a step in the right direction but the bar was set way too high to make the duplicants happy. I mean, what's the point of putting jobs in the game if you're unable to assign them before your base is already built and the only thing left to do is explore the map? JahwsUF
... uh, what? Just in case, you should probably know that the new "Great Hall" room type gives +6 Morale to any Dupe who eats at a Meal Table in that room. That alone allows Dupes to move two job tiers and makes jobs through Tier 4 easily accessible with quality-zero food. Maybe Tier 5 and Tier 6 aren't so accessible, but I think those are reasonable to keep to late game. Sundance
You can also just disable the new morale mechanics (need to start a new map) if you can't or don't want to handle it or adapt to just play on a slower pace.
