A mod for marking the map with own keywords?

Is there a mod that allows the player to mark specific coordinate on the map as a landmark using own words so that all players can see? 

Words like:
Lure hounds to here
This will be our base
John please explore this are
I dropped here
Meet up here.

I'm using the Gobal Position. But still lacking this feature.
