Making your own character animations?

So I want to make my own mod and his name is LockPick (OC of mine)

I have everything i need.

I just want to know how to mod the character animations (like this: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=386491550&searchtext=zim)

Does anyone know how you can make your own animations?

If you want to create a character you should look at tutorial like this:

If you only want the skin and your character doesn't have perks, then it should be not that hard

are you saying you want a custom character mod 

or re animate your character to custom animation aside the game default animation ?
