Plz tell us how to get mods on phone I know it's possible

We just wont to play the game is a really funny so we get some mods but what about the people that play it on phones and I am one of the people that do that so help us out plz. I don't know if mods can be on phones but I know it's possible  Some of us don't wont to just play the game they wont to test it and  how do we download mods if it is on phones.

If you have an android you can download Don't Starve launcher(Doesnt exist on Google Play). If the app doesnt load, download a vpn and try different countries. Most mods are anime characters. A usefull one is status display but the game always crashes. So there is a way but doesnt work.
