Apparently some players are waiting multiple cycles to have dupes adjust valves or flip switches. So, keep in mind the following: Valves and switches are subject to the toggle job priority. No duplicant jobs include the toggle priority. With normal settings, toggles will ONLY be done by dupes who are one step short of being idle. The solution is to go into your priority menu and chose "high" or "very high" for all dupes. At very high, a dupe will rush to flip your switch or adjust your valve the moment they finish their current task.
