Touch Screen & Pen controls

Hey Dev Team!!! 

I'd like to suggest a control scheme feature for O2

I have a Surface Book, my wife a Wacom Mobile Studio, and we both love the game. 
Is there any chance we could get a pen and touch setup going for navigating around the game. Something like the use of the pen to select, drag, and click on where you want things to go, but have a secondary button, or the eraser button to scroll around the map, while the third function of the pen could be a cancel function, or just some way to customize this?

Currently Microsoft pen and touch does a good job of scrolling around the map with a multi touch swipe, however it treats all inputs as a click, and you can not hover the cursor around with touch to see whats in that tile like you can with the pen.

Honestly, this would be an amazing control scheme and would make this game much more accessable for those of us who just want to check in on the colony and tweak a few things before bed.
